Taking A Walk

We organized a walk on the Freedom Trail this last Friday with some people from our transitional houses. This is Herman, on the left. 

Studies have found that nature group walks – and frequent nature group walking – were associated with a reduction in perceived stress, depression, and negative affect, and an increase in positive affect and mental well-being.
