Ask Mayor Horrigan and Akron City Council How They Plan To Protect Their Homeless Citizens This Winter

Mayor Horrigan and Akron City Council shut down our entire operation. The village, the day center, no laundry services, no showers, no food pantry. Nothing. It’s all gone.

This is the first winter we are not able to offer any services at 15 Broad Street in Akron. This is a serious situation. These people came to rely on us over the winter and the city completely shut us down.

Please use this form to ask Mayor Horrigan and city council what they plan to do to fill the huge gap in services they created.

  1. It is so sad that the city of Akron does not have a plan in place to help the less fortunate that find them selves in such great need.
